One metric is not enough
A change in one metric rarely explains itself. Sleep, training, symptoms, routine, and other inputs can give a more useful picture than a standalone score.
Longitudinal data adds context
Repeated observations help establish what is typical for you and make changes easier to notice. More data is not automatically better; the data should be relevant, understandable, and handled responsibly.
Insight should support agency
The goal is better questions and informed reflection—not medical conclusions from a dashboard. A responsible system should be transparent about uncertainty and limits.
