Measure carefully. Interpret humbly.

GRND is built around continuous physiological signals, personal baselines, and clear communication about what body monitoring band data can—and cannot—tell you.

Signals GRND is designed around

GRND’s body monitoring band concept includes heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep-related patterns, respiratory rate, skin temperature, oxygen saturation, and activity detection. Specific sensor availability, features, and performance depend on production hardware and calibrated firmware.

From sensors to clinical-grade estimates

The screenless wearable uses multi-spectral optical photoplethysmography (PPG) and precision motion sensors to capture raw inputs. Some values are directly observed pulse wave signals; others are nuanced estimates derived by physiological models. Fit, skin contact, and activity conditions are factored in to maintain accurate baselines.

Screenless by design for uninterrupted care

A screenless wearable eliminates the distraction of constant buzzing notifications and panic-inducing alerts. GRND’s architecture shifts focus from reactive micro-feedback toward longitudinal trends that support health-intensive awareness and informed medical care discussions.
